These Terms govern access to and use of Just Marketing Group’s websites and SaaS platforms, including Eblasts, Leads Module, and Buyback Blaster. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Just Marketing Group’s websites, applications, and SaaS platforms. By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the services on behalf of a dealership, business, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.

Services

Eblasts

Enables permission-based email marketing, template creation, list management, and campaign analytics.

Leads Module

Captures and routes customer inquiries to client-designated CRM systems and endpoints, and provides transactional notifications.

Buyback Blaster

Supports customer re-engagement workflows, including relationship-based and user-initiated communications.

Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify Just Marketing Group promptly of any unauthorized use.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use purchased, scraped, or unlawfully obtained email lists
• Send spam or deceptive communications
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the services
• Use the services in violation of applicable law or third-party rights

Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and data protection regulations where applicable.

Just Marketing Group provides unsubscribe and suppression mechanisms, bounce handling, and complaint monitoring features. However, you remain responsible for lawful recipient consent and proper list practices.

Client Data & Privacy

Client data, including subscriber lists and lead records, remain owned by the client. Just Marketing Group processes such data only to provide and improve the services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The services, including all software, designs, and related materials, are owned by Just Marketing Group and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time for maintenance, security, operational reasons, or improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

Just Marketing Group may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, unlawful sending practices, security threats, or misuse of the services.

Disclaimers

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Just Marketing Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
